Our bodies are changing all the time, healing and renewing. I agree with Juliet Pegrem, [Ageless Yoga], that "the more rigid we become in mind, the more rigid we become in body. The beauty of yoga is that it can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Many older students report that they feel in better shape after a few years of practicing yoga than they did in their 40's."
